• Completion of Instructor Qualification Course
• Self-motivation on building awareness in chosen area, building a student body, and other aspects of directorship
• Professional decorum and appearance
• Professional behaviour, online and offline
• Utmost upholding of CMAC Dapo‘s values, vision, and mission
• Commitment to excellence in implementation of CMAC Dapo‘s curriculum
• Adherence to the curriculum without alterations or auxiliary programs
• Consistent representation of the values and mission of governing organizations
• Punctuality during classes taught, and leaving only when classes are completed
• Ample notice in case of absence, and ensuring that there is someone who can fill the role for the class(es) to be missed
• A consistent instructor journal, and addressing any questions or concerns to the Director
• A consistent martial arts training schedule of at least two hours per week
• A reasonable personal physical strength training regimen, along with a nutritious diet
• Current instructor certification, updated every 12 months
• Up-to-date police background check, updated every 24 months
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, renewed every 36 months
• A uniform that is pressed, neat and tidy during teaching
• Protected online presence by mindful usage of social media and other virtual networks
