- inappropriate conduct occurs when faculty members enter into an unacceptable relationship with other staff members and/or their students. Unacceptable relationships include, any mutual association or financial involvement, inappropriate social or physical/sexual nature, including harassment.
- Any individuals who form a personal relationship while working or training at the Dapo, are expected to self-identify themselves soonest to BasselsJ or Sensei Shahdin. - documents or records.
- Normally, Sensei will not intervene to prevent or restrict the development of a personal relationship except when required to ensure Dapo effectiveness, through the maintenance of discipline, morale and cohesion.
